Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As a customer shopping with us, your rights are protected under EU Consumer Protection regulations.

1. Right of Withdrawal (30-Day Return Period)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract and return your purchase within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 30 days from the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by contacting us at titiusivie@gmail.com with a clear statement.

2. Eligibility Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition that you received them: unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging.

  • Swimwear & Sleepwear: For hygiene and health protection reasons, these items can only be returned if the protective hygiene seal/sticker remains intact and unbroken.
  • Incorrect Sizes: If you accidentally order the wrong size, you may return the item to us for a full refund and place a new order for the correct size.

3. Exclusions & Custom "TRP" Products

Under EU law, custom-made or personalized goods are generally exempt from standard return rights. However, for custom TRP products, we choose to offer an extended satisfaction guarantee:

  • You will be refunded in full if you decide you do not like the design in person, provided you contact us within the 30-day window.
  • To help us process your request swiftly, please email a photo of the item (showing the print/design) to titiusivie@gmail.com.
  • Damaged or Misprinted Items: If an item arrives misprinted or damaged during shipping, you will not need to return the item. Please contact us immediately with a photo, and we will issue a replacement or a full refund.

4. How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at titiusivie@gmail.com to notify us of your return.
  2. We will provide you with the correct TRP return address via email. Please do not mail items back to our Print-on-Demand providers.
  3. Mail the product to the address provided.

Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for paying the direct costs of returning the goods. If you are shipping an item valued over €50/$50, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and proof of delivery (such as a tracking screenshot) is required to verify the return.

5. Refunds & Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different item or size is to return your original item for a refund and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund on the same day. The refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please note that while we issue the refund immediately, it typically takes 3 to 5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the transaction.
