Shipping policy


Products ship from either U.S. China, Japan, Canada, U.K, or Australia via:

  • Fed Ex Standard (2-4 business days) 
  • Fed Ex Express (2 business days)
  • UPS Ground (1-5 business days)
  • USPS Ground (2-8 business days)
  • DHL Express (5-15 business days)
  • Royal Mail International (5-10 business days)
  • Canada Post (3-8 business days)

Some shipping carriers are not listed, but nearly all products can be delivered within 2-15 days. Some select clothing items take 3 weeks to make and 3-8 days shipping from Canada. 

Please ask for estimated shipping dates before ordering if you need your item(s) at a specific time. Tracking will be sent to you by email as soon as your item(s) ships out. In cases where your order contains more than one item which requires fulfillment from two separate print providers, you will recieve two tracking numbers. So wait the entire processing time (up to 9 days) for the second tracking number to come through your email.

Processing time for all other NON TRP Print-on-Demand items

Processing times vary per supplier. Please allow 1 to 7 days processing time on >>NON<< TRP products such as women and men clothing, shoes, jewelry and etc. sold on this site. Delivery Times vary as well. Products on this site will arrive to the customer via one of the following speeds:


  • FAST > arrives to customer in 4 to 7 days
  • SLOW > arrives to customer in 8 to 15 business days

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Customs fees might be due depending on where the order is shipped from. For items produced and shipped domestically, a custom fee will not be applied. Fees could apply to some international orders. TRP is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

When placing your order please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect.

When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email.

All items are sent via tracked and signed for services to ensure they are protected to their value whilst in transit. Should an item go missing or get damaged whilst in transit you will receive a refund or a replacement - This will be after contacting the logistics company and after we have confirmed it has not been delivered.

Please note:

We are not responsible for tracking your item once dispatched. We do routinely track recent orders until it is marked delivered, however, we do not always have time to do this. We provide tracking information so you can track your order.

We are also not responsible for any items where the delivery was attempted but unsuccessful. Delivery must be rescheduled or items must be collected as per your delivery service instructions; it is recommended this is done as soon as possible as items will be returned to us if no attempt is made. Any further re-delivery from our studio will be at your own cost.

Likewise, if an item is returned to us and no contact is made to reschedule dispatch, we will not be responsible for providing a refund, items can be resent but only once additional postage costs have been paid. We will contact you directly should an item be returned without us hearing from you first but if we receive no response in a reasonable amount of time we will not be responsible for the items getting back to you.

Delivery times are estimated from the date of dispatch. Please note that in some remote areas there is a limited range of delivery services available. We will endeavour to send your order out as quickly as possible but we cannot be responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions.
